Job Requirement’s

1. Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field from a recognized vocational training institution (e.g., VETA, NACTE-accredited institutions).
2. VETA Trade Test Certificate (Grade I, II, or III) & EWURA is often required
3. Minimum of 3 years ‘experience

Job description’s
1. Strictly abide by electrician safety operating procedures and ensure that you are certified to work.
2. Responsible for the installation, wiring, and debugging of electrical equipment.
3. Be able to deeply understand and analyze power engineering design drawings, gain insight into the difficulties of the project from the details, and plan in advance to avoid possible problems.
4. Have the ability to communicate in Electrical professional English and be able to coordinate and solve various problems encountered on site.
5. Be able to analyse and deal with some simple electrical faults to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment.

Job requirement’s

Job Descriptions
1. Assist Management in Electrical & Telecoms HSE Matters
2. Develop, Implement, and Update HSE programs and Plans
3. Facilitate internal Auditing and External Auditing as per divisional Audit schedule and ensure tracking and Close out of remedial action
4. Coordinate accident/injury investigations and Lead Investigations
5. Coordinate inspection of project and facility operation and carry out monthly walkthroughs with Site Management
6. Monitor the housekeeping Program to consistently improve its standard

Job requirement’s

Job Descriptions
1. Translate documents, contracts, technical manuals, emails, and reports between Chinese, English, and Kiswahili.
2. Provide live interpretation during meetings, conferences, training sessions, and site visits.
3. Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese expatriates and local staff/authorities.
4. Assist in translating health, safety, and compliance documents to ensure legal and regulatory understanding.
5. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
6. Support expatriates in daily communication needs (e.g., accommodation, shopping, and transport, if required).
7. Help resolve language barriers during emergencies or critical project situations.

Job requirement’s
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Translation, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or related field.
2. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Kiswahili (spoken and written).
3. HSK Level 4 or higher (proof of Chinese language proficiency).
4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in translation/interpretation, preferably in a professional or industrial setting.

Job Description
1. Knows the rigging and mechanical – handling operations techniques (incl. cross-hauling, etc.) and how to use/operate portable lifting equipment (winch, chain and lever hoist, cable, etc.) in limited/confined environment.
2. Issue lifting equipment/accessories from their store.
3. Visual inspection of lifting equipment/accessories before issue and after return, from/back to store.
4. Ensuring the correct selection of lifting equipment/accessories (as per the approved LOP).
5. Accept returned lifting equipment/accessories back into the rigging loft.
6. Maintain the loft lifting equipment register and to keep all copies of OEM certifications and thorough
7. examination reports.
8. Pre/Post-Use inspection of lifting equipment.
9. Ensuring the correct selection (accordance to LOP) and fitting of appropriate rigging and hardware with due consideration given to the protection of the load.
10. Ensuring loads are not handled whilst above waist height and personnel never to attempt to stop a swinging load manually.
11. Responsible for returning back of lifting equipment/accessories back to the rigging loft after completion of the lifting operation at the end of working hours – depend of working condition.
12. The correct and safe use of taglines where the Signalman has deemed them necessary.

Job Requirement’s
1. Certificate or Diploma in Rigging, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
2. VETA Trade Test Certificate or recognized rigging certification.
3. Possess a Valid Tanzanian driving license class B, C, D and E
4. Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in industrial or construction rigging.
5. Knowledge of lifting and rigging tools and techniques, including slings, hoists, and spreader bars.
6. Familiarity with crane operations and basic load calculations.
7. Certified in Work at Heights, Basic Safety, or First Aid is an added advantage
8. Demonstrated knowledge and skill competencies in safe lifting techniques, lifting gear selection, determination of weights and mass and crane movement directing.
9. Verification of training and experience in operating various industrial machines such as Forklifts, Loaders, Overhead cranes, self-Loading Vehicle Cranes, trucks, mobile cranes etc.
10. Demonstrated ability to safely operate the above listed equipment

Job description
1. Erect, assemble, and secure scaffolding systems using pipes, clamps, planks, and braces.
2. Dismantle scaffolding structures safely after project completion or as instructed.
3. Read and interpret scaffolding design drawings, blueprints, and load specifications.
4. Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and report defects.
5. Ensure scaffolding is stable, level, and complies with safety codes and OSHA Tanzania regulations.
6. Install and maintain guardrails, toe boards, platforms, and fall protection systems.
7. Maintain a clean and organized scaffolding storage area.
8. Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and safety officers during high-risk activities.
9. Assist in training junior workers or laborers on basic scaffolding safety practices.
10. Participate in daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site meetings.

Job requirement’s
1. Certificate or Diploma in Scaffolding, Construction, or Civil Engineering (VETA/NACTE or equivalent).
2. VETA Trade Test Certificate or equivalent scaffolding qualification.
3. Minimum of 2–5 years’ hands-on experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial settings.
4. Certified in Working at Heights, Fall Protection, and Basic Safety Training.
5. Familiarity with different types of scaffolding: Tube & Coupler, Frame, and System Scaffolds.
6. Knowledge of load-bearing capacities and structural stability techniques.
7. Must be physically fit and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions.

Job description
1.Develop and implement HR/IR systems and strategies, aligning them with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Create and update core processes such as the HR/IR Policy Manual, ensuring alignment with EACOP requirements.
3. Lead the recruitment and demobilization strategy, working closely with management to meet departmental needs.
4. Establish a robust recruitment process and oversee its implementation, potentially with the assistance of external HR contractors.
5. Organize and facilitate mobilization and demobilization meetings for both internal and contracted employees.
6. Support the implementation of training and capacity-building plans for workers and sub-contractors.

Job requirement’s

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or Business Administration.
b. Postgraduate diploma in HR/IR, Labor Law, or related specialization (preferred).
c. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR and IR roles, including 3+ years at supervisory or leadership level.
d. Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws, employment regulations, and union operations.
e. Proven experience managing disciplinary hearings, union negotiations, and compliance reporting.
f. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
g. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
h. Fluent in Swahili and English (written and spoken).

Job description
1.Provide direct supervision to a team of CLOs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
2. Supporting the Lot Social Lead in ensuring all site social performance self-assessments are conducted and complete.
3. Assist the Lot Social Lead in assessing the performance of CLOs and site and recommend areas for improvement.
4. Provide site leadership on social performance matters and effectively communicate to site management on observed social non-conformance and corrective action to be taken.
5. Track the successful implementation of stakeholder engagement activities and grievance redress.
6. Ensure positive relationships with key stakeholders and PAC are properly established and maintained.
7. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required social performance reports and documentation.

Job requirement’s

1. Advanced degree in Social Science, Sociology, Community Development, or relevant discipline
2. Minimum 5 years extractive industry construction or infrastructure construction experience preferred.
3. Practical understanding and experience of construction related activities including land access, cultural heritage, labour management and working conditions, social receptor identification and direct experience developing and implementing social risk and impact mitigations.
4. Excellent computer, report writing, and analytical skills required, proven attention to detail essential.
5. Fluency in English and Swahili (written and spoken) essential; other relevant local languages an advantage
6. Exposure to externally financed project social performance requirements an advantage.
